🕋 Umrah Booking Terms & Conditions – Tawaf Tours

Welcome to Tawaf Tours. Please read the following Umrah Booking Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your reservation. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to all terms listed below.

✈️ Flights and Deposits

• All flight deposits and tickets are strictly non-refundable once booked.
• Tawaf Tours will not be responsible for any refunds if you choose to cancel your Umrah trip.
• Failure to use the outbound flight or the first segment of your itinerary may invalidate the remaining ticket.
• Airlines may make schedule changes or cancellations. In such cases, Tawaf Tours will assist you in revalidating or reissuing your ticket, subject to airline approval.

🛂 Passport & Visa Information

• Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of travel.
• All passports are submitted to the Saudi Embassy for visa processing.
• Visa issuance is solely at the discretion of the Saudi Embassy, not Tawaf Tours.
• In case of visa rejection, Tawaf Tours will process cancellations for flights and hotels only according to supplier terms.
• Full refunds are not guaranteed in any case.
• Visa costs may vary at the time of application; customers are responsible for paying any price differences.

🏨 Hotels & Accommodation

• Hotel bookings are subject to availability. If the quoted hotel is unavailable, a similar alternative will be arranged.
• Check-in time: 14:00 hrs | Check-out time: 12:00 noon.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
• Hotel star ratings are for general guidance and may differ from official local ratings.
• During peak Umrah seasons, room sizes and facilities may vary due to high demand — this is beyond Tawaf Tours’ control.

💰 Payments & Cancellations

• All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
• Full payment must be made by the agreed deadline; failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
• If payments are made in installments, and prices change before full settlement, the customer is responsible for any increase.
• Cancellations made at any time are fully non-refundable.
• Partial refunds may only be considered if the supplier in Saudi Arabia issues one.

📄 Travel Responsibilities

• Customers must check all documents (passport, visa, flight ticket, accommodation vouchers) before travelling.
• Tawaf Tours will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by incorrect or missing travel documents.
• Passengers should arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before departure.
• Please check your flight status online or with your agent at least one day before travel.

🧳 Travel Insurance & Liability

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Tawaf Tours does not provide insurance and will not be responsible for:

• Loss or damage of luggage or personal belongings
• Medical emergencies abroad
• Flight delays or cancellations
• Schedule or policy changes made by airlines, hotels, or Saudi authorities

📅 Umrah-Specific Terms

• Umrah itineraries and dates are subject to change (up to ±2–3 days) based on airline or supplier confirmations.
• Changes in dates, airlines, airports, hotels, or duration may occur; Tawaf Tours cannot be held liable for related inconvenience or cost.
• All Umrah packages must be paid in full before 15th Ramadan.
• If payment deadlines are missed, the booking may be cancelled without refund.
• Tawaf Tours acts as a third-party agent for Umrah packages. Final arrangements and services in Saudi Arabia are handled by authorized local suppliers.

🤝 Final Agreement

By confirming your Umrah package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Tawaf Tours’ Terms & Conditions.

We are committed to ensuring your spiritual journey is smooth and well-organised. However, please understand that certain elements such as flight changes, visa approvals, or hotel allocations are beyond our control.
